This 3-hour workshop invites participants to act as a DFIR team, investigating an attack against a fictional organization using ChatGPT agents and a custom war game framework.
In this CTF type game, participants must return to first principles: working from raw evidence, reasoning, and collaboration to uncover what actually happened and how to react.
At the end, team reports are compared against the “ground truth” attack reconstructed by AI.

Pasi has spent the last decade moving between the frontlines of defense and the corporate cyber battlefield. From military ICT and national security to CSIRTs, ISO 27001 frameworks, and hacking simulations, he’s worked both sides of the kill chain.
Beyond this, this humble person has been deep in cyber wargames and large-scale exercises — red, blue, and white team alike — testing resilience, running scenarios, and turning lessons into muscle memory for organizations that can’t afford to lose.
