Hey everyone, I’m Willem. I work as a technical incident responder - which basically means I spend my time solving problems when systems are on fire. But today I’m not here to talk about cyber outages, I’m here to talk about tech culture, and especially how it can still hold women back. I want to share some of what I’ve seen in the industry, and what I feel we can do better as a community.
